Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to the purchase of any ClearQuill Content package.

About these terms

This website is operated by Aryan Dev, trading as ClearQuill Content, an independent sole trader in the United Kingdom. By using this website or purchasing a package you agree to these terms.

What we supply

ClearQuill Content supplies digital content-planning and workflow software together with related digital resources and setup information, according to the package purchased.

ClearQuill Content is not a content-writing agency, marketing agency, SEO agency, accounting service or financial service, and does not provide such services.

Packages and limits

Each package includes the permitted users, active content-project capacity, workflow tools and support level stated on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Requirements beyond those limits may be quoted separately.

Package contents may be improved over time. Where a change materially reduces what a package includes, existing customers retain what they purchased.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and are one-time purchases. Packages do not renew automatically.

Payment is taken through Stripe's hosted checkout. Prices and product names are set on our server; the browser never determines the amount charged.

A purchase is confirmed only once payment has been verified with Stripe.

Delivery

Digital access or setup information is sent by email to the address entered at checkout after payment has been confirmed and the package reviewed. Delivery timeframes are stated in the Software Access Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the software lawfully and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. Access may be suspended where that policy is breached.

No guaranteed outcomes

ClearQuill Content provides content-organisation and workflow software. It does not guarantee search-engine rankings, website traffic, social-media engagement, leads, sales, revenue or any other specific commercial outcome.

Intellectual property

The software, website content, documentation and templates remain the intellectual property of ClearQuill Content. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your own business, within the permitted user limit of your package.

Content you create using the software remains yours.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Subject to the above, our total liability arising from a package is limited to the amount you paid for that package. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of anticipated business.

Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. The Refund Policy explains how they apply to digital content.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated from time to time; the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
