No. Every listed package is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring billing.

Yes. Each package is paid for once in GBP through Stripe's secure hosted checkout.

No. Packages do not renew automatically, monthly or annually. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy something else.

Stripe confirms the payment, our success page verifies it directly with Stripe, the selected package is reviewed, and digital access or setup information is sent to the email address entered at checkout.

An individual piece of content you are currently planning, drafting, reviewing or scheduling. Archived content does not count towards the active project limit.

Yes. Completed projects can be marked as published and then archived so the active workspace stays clear.

Yes. Every package includes an idea library where you can record working titles, topics, categories, audiences, priorities and target dates.

Yes. Basic brief templates are included at starter level, with expanded and advanced templates at higher package levels.

Publishing-date tracking is included at starter level. A full editorial calendar is included from the Content Planning Workspace upwards.

Yes, from the Content Planning Workspace upwards. Keyword notes, supporting topics and search-intent notes can be recorded against a content project.

No. It provides a structured place to record keyword and topic information you have gathered. It does not carry out automated research on your behalf.

No. The software helps organise SEO-related content information. It does not guarantee search-engine rankings, traffic, engagement, leads or sales.

No. The writing remains yours. The software organises the workflow around it.

Yes. Draft-status tracking is included in every package, with additional review and approval stages from the Content Planning Workspace upwards.

Yes. Target publication dates can be recorded in every package and displayed on a calendar in the higher packages.

Content-summary exports are included from the SEO Content Workspace upwards, with project-summary and data-export options in the larger packages.

Yes. Additional users beyond your package limit can be discussed and may require a separate quotation.

Custom configuration, development work or functionality outside a listed package can be discussed and quoted separately.

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Contact us with your order reference and the reason for the request.

The confirmation page will tell you the payment could not be verified. If money has left your account, email order@clearquillcontent.co.uk with the date and amount and it will be checked manually.
